1. Card image processing

This app is designed for capturing, importing, correcting, cropping, laying out, and exporting ID cards and document images.

The app does not automatically upload your images to the cloud or to developer servers. It does not perform face recognition, does not actively extract document numbers, and does not create user identity profiles.

2. Information processed locally

To provide core functions, the app accesses or processes the following information locally on your device:

• Images that you actively select or capture;
• Corrected images or PDF files generated and saved locally by the app;
• Trial or license status;
• The minimum necessary device identification information, app version, channel information, and license status information required for online license verification.

This information is used only for local image processing, file export, and license verification. It is not used for advertising profiles, identity profiling, or purposes unrelated to the app’s core functions. Online license verification does not upload your document images or exported files, and related communications are transmitted securely, such as over HTTPS.

3. Permissions

• Camera permission: used to take photos of card-type images.
• Photos/Storage permission: used to read images you choose and save corrected images or PDF files to your device.
• Network permission: used for online license verification, update notices, and other necessary communications. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are shown as local in-app documents and do not require a network connection to open.

The app does not request contacts, location, microphone, SMS, or other permissions unrelated to its core functions.

4. Use of information

The app uses relevant information only to:

• Provide image correction, cropping, layout, saving, and export functions;
• Save images or PDF files that you generate;
• Verify trial and license status.

The app does not use imported images for advertising, profiling, model training, or any purpose unrelated to its core functions.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share the images you import or your private information.

If you purchase or obtain a license through a third-party channel, payment, support, and refunds are handled by that channel. The developer does not receive your bank card number, payment account, or full payment credentials inside the app.

6. Storage and deletion

Images and PDF files that you import, capture, correct, or export are stored locally on your device. You can delete them at any time from your gallery, file manager, or inside the app.

After uninstalling the app, the app will no longer access your device information or local files. Whether exported images or PDF files remain on your device depends on where you saved them and your device’s file management rules.

7. Updates

If this Privacy Policy changes due to feature changes, legal requirements, or operational needs, we will notify you of major changes in the app or on the page. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you acknowledge and accept the updated content.
